Separate a price check from a product test
PeptideSpend checks catalog information against price sources. A “Checked today” label refers to a price match. A Good price label describes a comparison with other listed prices. Neither label says anything about a product's identity, contents, or testing.
When we mention testing, we attribute the statement to the vendor. We do not test products, inspect inventory, certify vendors, or verify certificates of analysis.
Understand what a vendor listing means
Our directory contains vendors whose catalog prices we track and whose links carry affiliate attribution. Inclusion is not a testing award or a product endorsement. The vendor remains responsible for its product descriptions, documents, and order support.
Request documents for the listed item
For a vendor-reported certificate of analysis (COA), ask the vendor to identify:
- The product and batch or lot the document covers.
- The named laboratory, report identifier, and test date.
- The tests reported and any limits or missing results.
- The connection between that report and the item currently listed.
PeptideSpend does not authenticate these documents. Ask the vendor or issuing laboratory to explain mismatches or incomplete information. Read the documentation guide.
